POLiTlCA DE TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS
CDT MINERAL S.A.S. identificada con NIT 900543165-1, conforme a la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Decreto 1377 de 2013, como persona juridica considerada responsable y/o encargada del tratamiento de datos personales, adopta la presente politica de privacidad y de protecci6n de datos personales, en cuanto a la recolecci6n, almacenamiento y administraci6n de los datos que se reciban de los clientes, proveedores y en general de toda persona natural titular de los datos objeto de tratamiento.
CDT MINERAL S.A.S. respeta la privacidad de cada uno de
los datos de toda persona natural titular de datos personales que Faciliten o
proporcionen su informaci6n. La informaci6n recibida es almacenada de Forma
segura, siguiendo los lineamientos del procedimiento interno de 'Protecci6n de
la informaci6n confidencial del cliente'
La informaci6n recopilada se conserva con fines de consulta, procesamiento y uso, para el desarrollo y la ejecuci6n del objeto social de CDT MINERAL S.A.S. y el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales, los compromisos contractuales o de negocios.
Antes de almacenar o darles manejo a los datos personales, CDT MINERAL S.A.S. cumple con los siguientes requisitos:
a) El Titular debe dar su autorizaci6n explicita a dicho tratamiento, salvo en los casos que por ley no sea requerido el otorgamiento de dicha autorizaci6n.
b) Manifestar al titular la raz6n por la cual usarå sus datos y delimitando los [mites de dicho tratamiento.
La informaci6n recopilada se conservarå en las bases de datos de CDT MINERAL S.A.S. segén el periodo en que se mantenga la relaci6n comercial con el proveedor o cliente que suministra la informaci6n, o el periodo de vigencia que sehale una causa legal, contractual o actividad especifica.
DERECHOS DE LOS TITULARES DE LA INFORMACIÖN
1. Conocer, actualizar y rectificar sus datos personales frente a los Responsables del Tratamiento o Encargados del Tratamiento. Este derecho se podrå ejercer, entre otros Frente a datos parciales, inexactos, incompletos, Fraccionados o que induzcan a error. 2. Ser informado por el Responsable del Tratamiento o el Encargado del Tratamiento, previa solicitud, respecto del uso que les ha dado a sus datos personates.
3. Presentar ante la Autoridad de Protecci6n de Datos Personales de Colombia quejas por infracciones a 10 dispuesto en la Ley 1581 de 2012.
Los Titulares podrån acceder, modificar, actualizar y/o solicitar la supresi6n o correcci6n de la informaci6n suministrada en cualquier momento, para 10 cual deberån solicitar mediante comunicaci6n escrita, en la ciudad de Sogamoso a la Carrera 23 N O 10-37, o mediante correo electr6nico a info@cdtmineral.com.
